If they have acted perversely in the Presence of their King, with a brazen face; [then] by virtue of every fitting attribute, I offer supplication with a loud voice, [and say to] my soul: “Pour out your heart as water”⁵Lamentations 2:19. in the presence of Him “Who is pure white and ruddy.”⁶Song of Songs 5:10. “Why, God, have You cast us off forever.”⁷Psalms 74:1.

His mention [Name] is eternal! Life of [all] the worlds, He is of pure eyes!⁸Chavakuk 1:13. He dwells in concealment, His crown is deliverance!⁹Yeshaya 59:17. His garment is righteousness,⁹Yeshaya 59:17. His robe is zeal!⁹Yeshaya 59:17. He is clothed with vengeance⁹Yeshaya 59:17. His secret is uprightness!¹⁰The uprightness of the Almighty is not always revealed to us. His counsel is faithful, His work is truth! He is just and upright, He is near to those who call upon Him in truth! Exalted and uplifted, He dwells in the heavens! He suspends the earth in space!
